Chocolate Meringues - 25 Calories per Serving (3 Meringues)
Here’s a great way to satisfy a craving for sugar and chocolate in one go and not feel guilty about it! Even better - a serving of this consists of 3 meringues so you can go back for more without breaking your limit :) Meringues are so light and fluffy and pretty - what’s not to love? 
Ingredients:
2 Egg Whites
2 Packets Sweet N Low 
2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
Add sweetener to egg whites and beat them on high speed until stiff peaks form. You know the peaks are stiff enough when you lift the mixture with a spoon and a stiff peak forms that doesn’t fall back down. With a spoon, gently blend in cocoa powder, taking care not to break down the foam by stirring too much. Divide the foam into 12 cookie sized lumps on a non stick cookie sheet and cook at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Makes 4 servings.
